Ping Shek Estate (坪石邨) is a public housing estate in Kwun Tong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The estate was established in the 1970s, with 2 phases.

 

The 1st phase, including Tsuen Shek House (鑽石樓) and Yuk Shek House (玉石樓), was completed in 1970.

The 2nd phase, including Kam Shek House (金石樓), Hung Shek House (紅石樓), Tsui Shek House (翠石樓), Lam Shek House (藍石樓) and Wong Shek House (黃石樓), was completed in 1973.

 

Former phase is designed as “old slab style” (舊長型), while the latter phase is in “single tower style” (單塔式).

 

Ping Shek Estate revitalization project has started since 2010. Elevators were eventually installed into the 1st phase buildings in 2012, and the all the building facades were renovated in 2013.
